Study On The Willingness Of Basic Endowment Insurance For Migrant Workers In Shenyang

Since the reform and opening-up,with the rapid development of urban construction,a strong demand for labor force has been formed.However,compared with cities,the development speed of rural areas is still relatively slow,and a lot of idle labor force has been retained.Therefore,under the influence of pull forces from the city and push forces from the rural,a large number of rural population gradually enter the city.Migrant workers begin to become a social group that can not be ignored.Migrant workers provide rich labor force for urban construction,which greatly promotes the upgrading of urban industry and economic development.At the same time,the rights of migrant workers have not been fully resolved.Pension security is a basic right of citizens in modern society.Helping migrant workers to improve their living environment and solve their pension security problems can not only protect their rights,but also promote the construction of a harmonious society.As the central city of Northeast China,Shenyang has absorbed a lot of rural employment population.At the same time,Shenyang is also one of the most aging cities in the country.Facing unprecedented pressure of pension,how to protect the pension rights of migrant workers in Shenyang has become an important issue.In this context,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the basic endowment insurance willingness of migrant workers in Shenyang,hoping to provide some reference for the development and improvement of the endowment insurance system of migrant workers in Shenyang and Northeast China,and improve the social security system of our country.Based on the previous research results,this paper makes a further study.First,it defines several important concepts that will be used in the study-migrant workers,basic endowment insurance,insurance willingness,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis,including rational choice theory,social equity theory,risk society theory.Then it introduces the survey design of the basic endowment insurance participation intention of migrant workers in Shenyang.In this part,firstly,it introduces the survey background and the choice of survey objects,then tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and finally makes a descriptive analysis of the survey results.Then it is the model construction and variable selection.First,it explains the variable selection and basic hypothesis,then it explains the variable and builds the model,and constructs the two logistic regression model and the multiple logistic regression model.On this basis,the paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of migrant workers' willingness to participate in the basic endowment insurance in Shenyang,analyzes the influencing factors of migrant workers' overall willingness to participate in the insurance through the significance test of binary logistic regression.At the same time,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of different types of migrant workers' willingness to participate in insurance in Shenyang,analyzes the influencing factors of different types of migrant workers' willingness to participate in insurance through multiple Logistic significant results.Finally,it is the conclusion and suggestions.It is found that the individual characteristics,economic characteristics and policy cognitive characteristics will have impacts on the willingness to participate in the endowment insurance of migrant workers in Shenyang and the willingness to participate in different types of endowment insurance.According to the research results,it finally puts forward the targeted countermeasures to improve the endowment insurance system of migrant workers in Shenyang.
