The Status Quo Of Migrant Workers' Participation In Social Insurance And Their Willingness To Participate

Background: at the present stage,issued by the Ministry of human resources and social security of migrant workers to participate in the "basic social insurance" and "social insurance law",with low rate,wide coverage,can be transferred for the purpose of solving the problem of social security of migrant workers,the migrant workers social security construction into the government focused on solving the problem of.According to the Ministry of social security Social Security Research Institute data show that when the number of migrant workers has reached 210 million people,the insured rate is less than 20%,migrant workers generally not willing to participate in insurance.Objective:The relevant theoretical knowledge of the study using the social insurance and medical insurance,combined with the existing national policies and the implementation of the situation,starting from the basic needs of migrant workers,the survey sample of migrant workers to participate in social insurance will find the factors restricting its willingness to participate in social insurance,in order to improve on this special group of migrant workers the social security system and policy suggestions.Methods: This study used the methods of literature review,normative analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis.(1)the study of literature analysis and specification: This study is based on the migrant workers of the social insurance policies issued by the government as the basis,to study the relevant knowledge of social medicine and health management,to migrant workers insured behavior and willingness of the argument.(2)questionnaire survey and case interview: This study takes the migrant workers in a construction enterprise in Guangzhou as the research sample,and this study gives out 660 questionnaires,and finally,627 valid questionnaires are collected.The conclusion of the survey data through the questionnaire survey,case interviews,investigation and analysis of the sample to participate in social insurance intention,standing in the migrant workers on their own specific situation,make recommendations for the improvement of the social insurance system for migrant workers policy.(3)data analysis and treatment: through the investigation of the factors affecting the participation willingness of migrant workers social insurance,and using SPSS,AMOS and other statistical software for analysis.Results: The respondents paid more attention to social insurance,indicating that 414 of them were concerned about social insurance policy,accounting for 66% of the total number.The proportion of respondents willing to participate in social insurance is low,and only 45.80% of them are willing to participate in social insurance.The difference between the education level and the monthly income per person is significant,and the difference of P<0.05 is statistically significant.The higher the education level and the higher household income,the more willingness to participate in social insurance.The peasant worker groups have incomplete understanding of the social insurance policy system implemented by the government,and their liquidity and policies are not perfect,which leads to lower awareness.They have their own employment insurance business relationship is able to transfer and is able to pay more attention to the renewal of the system in different places,that their transfer policy relatively strong demand.Conclusion: This study surveyed groups of migrant workers is of considerable concern for social insurance,(N=627)but due to widespread awareness of migrant workers social insurance is not high,but the per capita monthly income of family and education are significant factors affecting the willingness of migrant workers surveyed.According to the case interview survey,the survey for the individual social insurance transfer and continuation of the strong will,migrant workers need is the payment level is low,ensure wide coverage,convenient transfer of social insurance system.To promote and perfect the social system for migrant workers in China actively,improve the participation rate of migrant workers,this study proposes the following suggestions and Countermeasures: improve the transfer of social insurance system of migrant workers,migrant workers,the implementation of the implementation of real name system management appropriate to reduce the payment level of social insurance,with "low standard,wide coverage" for the purpose of improving the insurance rate,and improve the understanding of the social insurance of migrant workers migrant workers' quality?...
