Study On Efficiency Management Of Base Station Construction Project Of SY Tower Company

With the increasingly mature development of 5G(5th generation mobile networks)communication technology and the issuance of 5G mobile service licenses,the major mobile communication service operators begin to speed up the construction of 5G network,and have higher requirements on the progress of the construction of mobile communication base stations.China Tower Company SY Branch is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of mobile communication infrastructure and provides leasing services for mobile communication service operators.Judging from the internal base station construction capacity of China Tower Company SY Branch and the external environment of base station construction,there are still many difficulties and challenges in project efficiency management.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the efficiency management of the base station construction project of China Tower Company SY Branch.This paper first introduces the construction scope,characteristics and process of base station construction project of China Tower Company SY Branch.By means of questionnaire survey and employee interview,the main problems existing in the efficiency management of base station construction project of China Tower Company SY Branch are found out,such as the company's internal communication is not smooth,the salary distribution is not reasonable,the schedule planning and control management is weak and so on.This paper analyzes the influence and causes of the efficiency management problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the efficiency management problems of China Tower Company SY Branch with the relevant theories of project management.The countermeasures and Suggestions put forward in this paper are mainly to optimize the organizational structure,pay reform,make detailed schedule,strengthen schedule control,etc.Through a series of improvement and adjustment measures,to improve the China Tower Company SY Branch base station construction project efficiency management level,further improve the company's core competitiveness.The theoretical results studied in this paper can be used to solve the current difficulties in the efficiency management of the base station construction project of China Tower Company SY Branch,and can meet the actual demand for the improvement of the efficiency management level of the base station construction project of China Tower Company SY Branch.
