Analysis Of Critical Success Factors For Mobile Communication Base Station Construction-AHP Application

Research purposeAt present,mobile communication has entered the age of 4G.The base station density is increasing.However,the construction of base station has been restricted in many ways.Through the literature research,questionnaire survey,AHP analysis,this research attempts to explore the key factors,and give the communication service company,equipment manufacturers,design institute some suggestions to improve construction quality and efficiency.Research methodsThis research mainly adopts AHP analysis method.This study uses the literature analysis,expert interviews and other methods to sort out the evaluation factors.Then establish the architecture of AHP,through the AHP questionnaire analysis,to obtain the final weight calculation.Research of studyIn this study,AHP analysis found that,unlike previous literatures focus on the legal and technical environment,the social environment has become the most critical aspect,and the support from the masses,owners and property management company has become the most critical factor.This reflects the increasingly close relationship between the current base station and the masses,and reflects the development trend of Harmonious Society too.Through expert interviews the study first found and mentioned the following three factors that are not mentioned in the previous literature,the industry and the enterprise image,public relations and site rental fees,urban infrastructure and resources.These three factors are put forward and be concerned by the construction company.After AHP analysis the study found that the overall weighted value of public relations and site rental fees is in second place,influence of the other two factors is weak.This result is consistent with the current situation of China's economic development,housing prices continue to increase,but the communication industry respond the policy "Increase bandwidth and reduce fees",so,reduce the operation cost and construction investment of base station has become an important control point of enterprise.Practical significanceThe results of this study can provide a reference for the construction and maintenance.These references can help communication service company to control the important aspect,is good for the smooth construction and long-term operation of the base station.Research limitedThe factors of the study are limited and are now recognized.New factors may emerge in the future.By using the method of expert analysis,the objectivity of analysis results will be affected inevitably.
