Under the background of the Weihai Municipal Government attaches great importance to the development of cross-border e-commerce and the development of cross-border e-commerce integrated service platform,Weihai Port has built a WHP platform project.The R&D team is the core of the WHP platform project.With the advancement of the WHP platform project,the performance management problem gradually emerges and the team performance is low.Based on the research on the current situation of WHP platform team performance management program,this thesis quantitatively analyzes the operation effect of team performance management plan based on the principle of balanced scorecard,and analyzes the cause of poor performance.The team performance management program optimizes the design to promote the improvement of team performance and serve the development of the enterprise.By combining qualitative and quantitative methods,this thesis firstly introduces the WHP platform project and its team,and then introduces the status quo of the performance management system of WHP platform in detail.In order to explore the actual operation effect of the management system,this thesis builds a performance evaluation index system based on the principle of balanced score card,and evaluates the team performance by assigning the weight of the indicators with the analytic hierarchy process,and analyzes the reasons for the low efficiency of team performance management of WHP platform based on the empirical results.Secondly,based on the evaluation results,the reasons for the inefficiency of the performance management of the WHP platform team are analyzed,such as the lack of clear planning for team performance management,the lack of knowledge sharing support mechanism for the team,and the lack of diverse communication methods for the team.Thirdly,based on the reasons for the inefficiency of the performance management of the WHP platform team,the team performance management plan is optimized,such as clearly defining the performance plan,scientifically designing the performance appraisal,improving the daily communication of the team,establishing a knowledge sharing mechanism,and enriching the team incentive mechanism.Form a performance plan,a performance appraisal plan design,performance implementation and coaching program design,performance feedback and results in a complete closed loop.Finally,in order to avoid the problems that the system may face in operation,this paper designs a series of guarantee measures on the basis of the team performance improvement plan,including extensive publicity of the performance management plan in the early stage of the implementation of the improvement plan,strengthening the team culture construction,conducting performance management training and improving performance feedback process,so as to provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of the improvement plan.
