At present,humble leadership has been gradually concerned by scholars of management at home and abroad,and the research on humble leadership in management circle is still in exploration stage.It is still controversial whether there is a linear between humble leadership and work stress of subordinates and the leader himself.Therefore,based on theory of stress interaction theory and self depletion theory,the study developes and verifies the model of the impact mechanism of humble leadership on subordinates and leaders' work stress.The model is divided into subordinate level and leader level.The subordinate level of the model explores the potential curve relationship between humble leadership and subordinate's work stress,and also examines the moderating effect of the subordinate's power distance.At the leader level of the model,the potential curve relationship between humble leadership and the leader's own work stress is explored,and the moderating role of the leader's proactive personality is also verified.In order to verify this model,the study used the variable scale of international authoritative journals to conduct a questionnaire survey among the nursing heads and nurses of 38 nursing teams in three public hospitals in Liaoning province and collected data.In this study,SPSS software is used to process and analyze data,and the method of behavioral science is used to test the reliability of data,and the method of multi-layer regression analysis is used to verify the four hypotheses in this paper.The results of empirical data show that the relationship between humble leadership and subordinate's work stress is u-shaped.The subordinate's power distance plays a moderating role in the relationship between humble leadership and subordinate's work stress.The hypothesis that humble leadership's impact on leader's work stress is u-shaped curve does not be validated by the data support,and leader's proactive personality is a moderating role in humble leadership and leader's own work stress,leadership can also be the main effect not set up the regulation of the leadership from the model effect gets a better explanation.The theoretical significance of the study is to improve theory research of humble leadership and to explore the impact mechanism of humble leadership on work stress of subordinates and leaders themselves.The practical significance is that it proposes countermeasures for leaders to reduce work stress of subordinates and themselves.It has a strong guiding and reference significance for reform of leadership style and organization of human resource management in the new era.
