In today’s complex and volatile market environment, enterprises are tosurvive and develop, need to rely on continuous product, technology andprocess innovation. The innovation and enterprise behavior of leaders isconsidered to be particularly important and is one of the key factors, whichgive impact on the survival and development of the enterprises.Past literature attached more attention to the positive impact of creativepersonality of leaders, I observed some opposite phenomenon, namely,creative personality of leaders may bring side effects, increases employeework stress, while negative impact of work stress on physical and mentalhealth and how to mitigate the negative effects is increasingly gaining theimportance. Thus, the study of the influence of creative personality of leaderson work stress of employees was carried out. Through literature review forcreative personality, job nonroutinization and work stress, combined withpersonal observation and experience, eventually, hypothesis has been made,that is, job nonroutinization is the mediator of the influence of creativepersonality of leaders’ on job stress of employees’, mediation model has beenestablished.In this paper, the existing domestic and international standardquestionnaire method was adopted. A questionnaire survey of143Chineseemployees and their direct supervisors was conducted. After statistics,correlation and multiple regression analysis, the mediating effect of jobnonroutinization was verified. The results showed that:(1) creativepersonality of leaders significantly affects employees’ work stress,(2)creative personality of leaders significantly affects employees’ job nonroutinization,(3) job nonroutinization mediates the influence of thecreative personality of leaders on work stress of employees.According to the conclusions, through the recruitment of staff underpressure to cooperate with the leaders of creative personality, as well asthrough training and necessary education, employee job stress can be relieved.The leaders of high creative personality need to see the positive significanceof creative personality, but also to see the possible negative impact andreduce it.
