Having a talent team with advanced concept,skilled skills and professional work is the key factor for an enterprise to accumulate competitive advantages,and also the decisive factor to ensure its competitive position.How to improve the post level of employees and make them have professional and high-quality ability is an urgent problem to be solved.Talent is the lifeblood of enterprise development.In the current market economy,there is bound to be a flow phenomenon in the talent market,but frequent talent flow will also affect the normal operation of enterprises.Based on the relevant data and research data,this paper,from the perspective of human resource management,puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and solutions on how to attract and stabilize talents.This paper defines the nature and concept of brain drain and employee flow.Referring to the corresponding incentive theories at home and abroad,combined with the actual development of N manufacturing enterprises,this paper has a detailed understanding of the talent characteristics and current development situation of N manufacturing enterprises,and has a comprehensive analysis of the brain drain of N manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of enterprise development status,internal structure,human resource management,etc.This paper adopts literature survey,questionnaire,case analysis and other methods,in detail This paper discusses the deep-seated causes of brain drain in n manufacturing enterprises,and takes enterprise culture,salary system,education and training,future planning as the starting point,discusses the current situation and causes of brain drain in n manufacturing enterprises,and finds out the corresponding solutions.Through the research,it is found that the main reasons for the brain drain of N manufacturing enterprises are the lack of strong cultural atmosphere,unscientific management system,imperfect welfare treatment and limited promotion space for employees.At the same time,from the perspective of motivation,from the aspects of corporate culture,management system and salary system,this paper makes a strategic response to the problem of brain drain,and finally summarizes and prospects the full text.With the help of exploring the causes of brain drain in n manufacturing enterprises,this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement and upgrading.Enterprises should not only absorb multi-disciplinary and multi-level talents,but also take effective measures to retain them.Only in this way,can they contribute to the rapid development of enterprises.
