With the intensification of the Sino-US trade war,production and processing enterprises such as foundry production and OEM production have been greatly affected.The growth rate of export of foreign trade enterprises has shown a downward trend,and the volume of international imports and exports has plummeted,resulting in a large number of international freight companies forwarding operating hard due to excess capacity.At the same time,the prices of international logistics service projects are becoming increasingly transparent,and services are severely homogenized,which has caused the freight forwarding market to be severely squeezed.Low prices and good service quality have become the primary criteria for customers in choosing freight forwarding.DX Company is no exception,this paper intends to discuss and analyze from the perspective of marketing strategy.Firstly,this paper defines the research content,purpose and significance,and summarizes the existing literature,research ideas and methods;secondly,it introduces the related theories,including the third-party logistics,customer loyalty,customer satisfaction etc.This paper will use DX Company as an example,using the method of questionnaire survey / internal and external environment analysis to analyze the quality and marketing environment of the enterprise's current marketing strategy.On this basis,based on 4C marketing theory,DX Company's marketing strategy optimization scheme is proposed.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy,paper will propose safeguard measures from inside and outside to promote the healthy development of DX Company.
