Trading activities between countries are more and more often accompanied with fast developing of global economy. Benefiting from this, international freight forwarding industry got long standing developments in past decades. Internet and technology improvements provided new challenges and chances to freight market, and made it much stronger and helpful to the importers and exporters. Till now, freight forwarding industry is mature which also means more similar products, more competitors, more competition and less profit. Since economic crisis started in2008, unclear future trends of economy circumstances make the industry condition even worse. How to make the marketing strategy to avoid the crisis and take the opportunities is the most important mission to all members in the market. Based on the ground of Chinese freight market, this article will use FDX Networks as objective to research, analysis and finally make suitable marketing strategy.Firstly, this article makes a simple introduction of company and industry background, reason why chose the topic and how to research; secondly, makes a brief statement of the theories used; thirdly, lists what company is facing by analyzing company internal and external factors; fourthly, uses STP theories to decide targeting markets and decides marketing strategy through four aspects, product, price, people and customer service; finally, finds ways that could secure the strategy is fully and efficiently performed, which include company culture, marketing management and internet&information systems setups.Sincerely hoping the studies can give other similar companies in the market some clues to find their suitable way to get through the crisis.
