Reserch On The Development Strategy In A International Freight & Forwarding Co.,Ltd.

In recent years,the international freight forwarder obtained a well developing,the prosperity of international trade played an enormous role in the development.In year 2015,the whole world economy is deeply depressed,the situation of the foreign trade in our country is so serious,freight forwarding industry has entered a period of slow development,the depressed situation of foreign trade will make an extended affection for the development for the freight forwarders.How to solve the issue of the company's living and developing? How to face the complicated competition circumstance? This is the starting point of this thesis.This paper combined with company A actual status,by using scientific analysis tool and theory research methods,try to find a way to solve the above issue,find a realistic development strategy.Firstly,the author described the background and study aims,the summary and analysis are given on the research situation both at the home and abroad.Secondly,the author introduced some theory ? knowledge and development related with the international freight forwarders and logistics.Thirdly,this paper mainly analyzed the external and internal environment of A International Freight Forwarding Agent Company by using scientific analysis methods and theory.The author applies PEST theory to analyze the external environment that A International Freight Forwarders is faced with,and uses Michael Porter's five competitive forces model to analyze the internal environment.Then,the paper introduces some details of the A Company about the international freight forwarding business and operations,including physical resources,human resources,financial resources,marketing and other aspects of enterprises.Lastly,the author applies SWOT analysis on A company first,makes a conclusion of the superiority,weakness,opportunity and threaten for A company,then based above status that the development strategy is given:specialized operation?market segementation strategy,management of logistics,network strategy and strategic alliance,finally the author gives safeguard measure for strategy implementation:change the traditional business concept,adapt to new market situation,strengthen the construction ofinformation network,change the concept of marketing,strengthen human resources reserves,train new talents.
