Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Logistics Enterprise Supply Chain

In recent years,the development of the economy has become more rapid and has shown the trend of globalization.This has led to more and more fierce competition among major companies.The demands of customers for companies have also become higher and higher.The customer's needs develop with diversification and individuation along with the rapid economic development.This also leads to the increase of customer's uncertainty on social needs.Individual enterprises may no longer be able to meet the needs of customers.This requires multiple companies to work together.Customers provide products or services.As a result,the competition among the current enterprises has evolved into a competition among the entire supply chain,and many scholars have begun to study how they can make the entire supply chain a competitive advantage.After research,we found that through the performance evaluation of the logistics company's supply chain,it helps the business managers to understand the performance level and operational effectiveness of the supply chain,and then take improvement measures to more fully and reasonably use the company's resources to help companies successfully implement strategies to gain competition.Advantage.By consulting a large number of documents,it is found that there are not many researches on the performance evaluation of service supply chain at present,but mainly the research on manufacturing supply chain.However,the research on performance evaluation of service supply chain is mostly conducted on the basis of specific industries or enterprises,such as tourism services,catering services and logistics services.However,few researches on performance evaluation are conducted from the perspective of supply chain.Logistics service supply chain performance evaluation is mainly used to test the level of logistics services and logistics services to achieve the goal,it can provide logistics service integrators with business decision support.This paper mainly sets up a logistics system including 1 first-level indicator,5 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators from the aspects of finance,customers,environmental protections,internal processes,learning and growth from the perspective of customers,enterprises and ecological environment.Service supply chain performance evaluation index system;and SPSS 21 indicators of internal consistency reliability analysis to verify the credibility of the established evaluation index system and reliability.In the stage of performance evaluation,this paper mainly combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the network AHP to form a new method integration method to establish the evaluation model.At last,through the concrete case,this article makes an index system and evaluation method of the established performance evaluation The validity test,according to the analysis of the evaluation results,put forward some improvements to the enterprise,which will play a guiding role in the development of the logistics service supply chain.
