With the development of science and technology, an increasing number of environmentalpollution problems are coming. Carbon emissions also increase gradually, will inevitably causethe greenhouse effect and global climate change. Therefore, developing low-carbon economy isthe most effective way to solve the environmental problems. The logistics industry increaserapidly in recent years, it has became the main area to influence low carbon economy andplayed an important role in social development and the national economy. so this thesisdetermine logistics enterprises as the object of study, combined with the connotation of lowcarbon economy, to research performance appraisal of low-carbon logistics in the logisticsenterprise.logistics enterprises as the background of the thesis, around the problem of "low carbon",combined with the current status of logistics enterprises, the thesis establishes low carbonlogistics index system, puts forward to low carbon logistics index model. Combined with thenorthern logistics enterprises, testify the feasibility and the scientific nature of the model. Themain research contents as follows:(1) In-depth knowledge of green logistics, low carbon logistics, and the performanceevaluation of green logistics, the logistics enterprises carry out the necessity of low-carbonlogistics, analysis the interaction of low carbon logistics and logistics enterprise development.(2) Summing up characteristics and development tendency of logistics enterprises in ourcountry, researching performance evaluation connotation of the existing logistics enterprises.Analysis of the logistics enterprise performance evaluation index system of architecture, designprinciple and the main existing problems.(3) In view of the "low carbon" in logistics enterprises, to analyze various index that canaffect low carbon, and its classification.(4) Analysis of logistics enterprises performance evaluation factors from the perspective ofthe development of low carbon logistics analysis, on the basis of using the AHP method andwhite function of gray comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate low carbon level andperformance level of logistics enterprise. (5) The performance evaluation of the dynamic DEA model is set up, this model can giveadjustment method of the logistics enterprise internal input and output. A case study of Somelogistics enterprises with the same level, using the model to proceed empirical analysis. In theresults of this study,we can conjecture the development degree In the industry. To demonstratethe Scientific nature of the proposed index system and model.
