Therefore, developing low-carbon economy isthe most effective way to solve the environmental problems. The logistics industry increaserapidly in recent years, it has became the main area to influence low carbon economy andplayed an important role in social development and the national economy. so this thesisdetermine logistics enterprises as the object of study, combined with the connotation of lowcarbon economy, to research performance appraisal of low-carbon logistics in the logisticsenterprise.logistics enterprises as the background of the thesis, around the problem of "low carbon",combined with the current status of logistics enterprises, the thesis establishes low carbonlogistics index system, puts forward to low carbon logistics index model.
