Today's world is full of uncertainty.With the increase of economic uncertainties and the change of economic measures,enterprises need to change or transform constantly to meet the needs of the times.The changes of the external environment,such as the increase of taxes on Chinese goods exported to the United States and the policy of building Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area proposed by China,have greatly affected China's high-tech industry.In order to adapt to the uncertainty of the times,KH company put forward the development strategy of reform.Through witnessing that Huawei relies on its own deep R &D technology,gets rid of the shackles of the United States and becomes a world-class independent enterprise,KH company is deeply inspired,and realizes that the fundamental way for an enterprise to survive is that its organizational members have sustained creativity.As the human capital of an enterprise,employees are the source of its core competitiveness.As the function of enterprise management,training brings up talents and promotes performance.Training is not only a means of unifying understanding,uniting people's minds and improving skills,but also an important way to discover the potential abilities of employees,gather the wisdom of enterprises and stimulate the power of innovation.Therefore,KH company reexamines its own training system,puts forward the optimization of training system and the establishment of human resource strategy of learning enterprises,to insure the strategic change of enterprises..After fully defining the significance of training in enterprise development,this study takes the training system of KH company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the training system of KH company by combining the current development situation of KH company,and uses questionnaire survey,interview,observation,data collection,literature analysis and relevant data collection as the theoretical basis for research.Further analyze the current training system of KH Company,and find out the problems in the implementation process.According to the actual situation of KH company,combined with the experience and successful practice of excellent enterprises,put forward the optimization ideas and specific optimization contents to fit the needs of the company's reform.The new training system will more suitable for KH Company's development.By optimizing the training system,we can help KH company retain excellent staff and achieve the strategic goal of matching employees with the company's ability.Through this paper,we can achieve the goal about to provide a reference case for helping the enterprises who facing change like KH Company.So the enterprises can adapt tothe changes of the outside world and create conditions for the change and development of the organization.At present,most of the training work in domestic enterprises is mainly manual work,which consumes the cost of human resources and increases the burden of enterprises.In the process of optimization,this study combines MIS information technology,expands the new mode of enterprise training,and further widens the practical scope of MIS theory.
