At present,with the continuous development of science and technology,the production capacity of enterprises is gradually improved,and the upgrade speed of products is increasingly fast,enterprises are facing great pressure for survival and development.At present,economic integration and globalization are advancing continuously.Although the competition of enterprises is intensifying,it also brings new opportunities for the development of enterprises.In enterprises,talent is the core element of competition among enterprises,which is highly concerned by enterprises.By observing the talent level of enterprises,we can see how effective the internal training is.How to build a systematic,comprehensive and effective training system is one of the problems that enterprises must solve.Through training,the needs of employees can be met,the pertinence of the training content,the implementation of the training plan and the effectiveness of the training evaluation tools are related to all aspects of the training system.Company A is A high-tech enterprise.The original training system cannot meet the demand of enterprise development for talents.Therefore,by investigating the current training system of A company and optimizing the training system,the author can not only satisfy the career planning of employees,but also greatly improve the competitiveness of the company.Centering on the current situation of A company’s training system,the author collects relevant materials of A company’s training system by means of sample interviews and questionnaires,from the proportion of professional,undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as the proportion of intermediate and senior professional titles.Then,based on the current strategic goals and business objectives of company A,the training and development of employees are taken as the research basis by using the employee theory.The original training system of company A is analyzed in depth and systematically,and the following problems are found: the analysis of training demands is not scientific and objective;Incomplete training courses;Inadequate training programs;The training plan was not effectively implemented;The evaluation of training effect is not scientific enough.Then,it focuses on the optimization of the key aspects such as the course design of the training.By analyzing the related requirements of the enterprise for individuals,tasks and organizations,the training content and courses more suitable for enterprise development are designed to make the training courses and contents more systematic and comprehensive.For key issues,enhance the practicability of training,so that employees can acquire working knowledge and skills through participating in training.In addition,in order to ensure the ideal effect of training and the satisfactory result of training,the author USES the kirkpatrick model for reference in terms of learning,reaction,behavior and effect of training and makes the course design more comprehensive.In addition,enhance the management and training of employees,implement strict supervision,and constantly promote advanced training methods.In this paper,the author further optimizes and designs the employee training system,which is more helpful for the enterprise to improve its work efficiency than before,and also plays a role in promoting the improvement of employees’ quality.It can not only satisfy the career planning of employees,but also greatly improve the competitiveness of enterprises.By optimizing the training system,it will play A huge role in the long-term development of A company,and it can also serve as A reference for other similar enterprises. |
