A Study On Optimization Of Performance Evaluation System In Foreign-exchange Transaction Business Of C Bank S Branch

With the continuous development of the global financial market,the domestic financial market has become more open to the outside world.China's participation in international financial markets is deepening,thus cross-border capital flows have been increasing and the demand for foreign exchange is becoming stronger and stronger.In recent years,major domestic banks keep exploring transformation in development.Strong intelligence and transactional businesses are one of the key development directions.Compared with the bank's traditional asset-liability business,the foreign exchange transaction business is more in line with the current transformation needs of banks,so it attracts more and more attention,and plays an important role in banks'income part.It has not been very long since China domestic scholars and experts started to research on bank performance appraisal,and so there is not much experience for reference.The performance evaluation foundation of banks is relatively weak,most of the current evaluation systems are considered to be rigid,inconsistent with the banks'development.Performance evaluation is becoming a barrier to business development,let alone help.With the deepening transformation of China's banking industry,the current performance evaluation system of banks can no longer meet the needs of development.The performance evaluation of the foreign exchange transaction business of C Bank S Branch is facing the problem of the mismatch between performance evaluation and business development.It is urgent to establish a performance evaluation system that is in line with strategic objectives,and comprehensively improve competitiveness of the foreign exchange transaction business.This thesis takes the foreign exchange transaction business of C Bank S Branch as the research object,adopts research methods such as literature review,questionnaire and AHP,applies related theories of performance evaluation to conduct in-depth analysis of the existing problems in current performance evaluation system,makes optimization to current performance evaluation system based on the analysis,so that combining the two performance evaluation systems of Key Performance Indicators and the Balanced Scorecard,the system can be fully oriented by the strategic objectives of foreign exchange transaction business,and finally puts it into application,with the hope to improve the entire business capacity and achieve the strategic goals,therefore provides some reference for the improvement and application of the performance evaluation of foreign exchange transaction business of domestic commercial banks.
