With the development of the economy,especially the rapid development of Internet finance,the competition of the financial industry is more and more intense,so the banks need to improve their own management,establish and improve their own performance evaluation system.So establishing and improving its performanece evaluation system has very important practical significance if achieving the strategic objectives enhancing the execution and retaining the core of talents.In this paper,a research object is bank A,analysis the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard assessment of 4 years.By reviewing the course of Bank A of its Balanced Scorecard process,which focusing on the analysis of the 2016 indicators and weights.Pointing out the shortcomings of the current assessment program,and the according to the Strategic objectives to optimize the assessment program based on the Balanced Scorecard management philosophy and four dimension indicators.Through the optimization,the new performance evaluation system can reflect the overall management level of bank A to promote its management development.
