With the commercial banks growing faster and faster,the competition among peers is getting worse,mainly due to the development of Internet banking and interest rate marketization.The financial industry has an important position in the national economy,because of its own particularity,namely the modern economy is the market economy,essentially developed currency credit economy or financial economy;furthermore,the financial sector plays a regulatory role in the development of modern economy.The healthy development of commercial banks promotes the development of the financial industry to a certain extent.Commercial banks are the main participants in the market economy activities,and they are also the important media for the circulation of money.In the situation of commercial banks paying great attention to business performance and continuous expansion,performance management in banks has become increasingly prominent.At present,commercial banks have not yet completed the performance evaluation mechanism,and effective performance evaluation system can promote the development of commercial banks.The balanced scorecard method breaks the limitation of the traditional performance evaluation,and further transforms the bank's strategic target into the concrete visible management process,and has the extremely strong maneuverability.To promote the rapid and healthy development of commercial banks,it is of great significance to combine bank performance with strategy.Taking YZ bank as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of YZ bank's performance evaluation system,and puts forward the construction of the new performance evaluation system.By analyze the application of literature review method,case analysis method and analytic hierarchy process of the Balanced Scorecard in YZ bank,is divided into five parts:first,based on the research purpose,significance,contents and methods of the introduction to the research for the following.Secondly,the relevant theory of the domestic and foreign bank performance evaluation method and comparative analysis of the balanced scorecard,performance evaluation,combined with the operating characteristics of commercial banks,the feasibility of the new performance evaluation system of reference.Taking the YZ commercial bank as an example,combining with the present situation and problems,this paper establishes the YZ bank performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard.This system takes the YZ commercial bank's strategic goal as the starting point,divides the YZ bank's strategic goal,to each department and the staff member,and has carried on the comprehensive appraisal to the YZ commercial bank.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures to ensure the healthy development of YZ commercial bank,which is based on the balanced scorecard,which is of great significance in promoting the healthy development of YZ commercial banks.
