Analysis On The Development Path Of New Urbanization In Horqin Zuoyi Zhongqi

The implementation of the new urbanization development strategy is the scientific choice and actual demand made by China in the process of socialist modernization.It is also the focus of China's steady expansion of domestic demand and the development of stamina.With the rapid development of the economy and society,in order to meet the growing needs of the people and the trend of domestic economic and social development,after careful analysis,scientific argumentation,and piloting,China's traditional urbanization has evolved into five new stages into the current new urbanization.It highlights the people-oriented and pays more attention to the connotation and quality of urbanization.In the process of promoting new urbanization,there are some problems in large,medium and small cities across the country,both common and individual,and these problems are more prominent in ethnic areas,border areas,and poverty-stricken areas.This paper takes the Korqin ZuoYi Zhongqi of Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,based on the theoretical basis and practical reference of new urbanization development at home and abroad,especially based on the generalization of new urbanization by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Central City Work Conference in 2015.“Five overall planning",namely:coordinating the spatial structure,scale structure and industrial structure of the town;coordinating around the planning,construction and management links of the town;coordinating the reform drive,technological power and cultural power of the town;Coordinated around the production layout,living layout and ecological layout of the town;coordinating the government's main body,social subject,and citizen's main body in the town,and systematically collecting information from the perspective of the literature through questionnaires,questionnaires,interviews,and symposiums.Objectively judge the development degree and capability of the new urbanization of the Korqin ZuoYi Zhongqi,carefully study and analyze the prominent problems and root causes of problems in the development of the new urbanization of Korqin ZuoYi Zhongqi,and rationally find the path to promote the development of new urbanization.Countermeasure,This will promote the coordinated development of the urban and rural areas of Korqin ZuoYi Zhongqi,and provide reference and reference for other ethnic areas,border areas and poverty-stricken areas.This paper firstly expounds the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of foreign urbanization and domestic new urbanization,and then makes a detailed analysis of the economic and social development of Korqin's ZuoYi Zhongqi and the characteristics of new urbanization development,followed by interviews and questionnaires.The method collects and summarizes the outstanding problems that the residents of Korqin ZuoYi Zhongqi believe in their new urbanization development,and finally classifies and summarizes the outstanding problems raised,and puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions based on the actual situation,namely:actively exerting the guiding role of the government and inspiring The whole society is endogenously motivated;it plays a leading role in planning and builds a rational urban spatial layout;pays attention to the precise management of the town and improves the ability of service economy development;deepens the comprehensive integration and progress of the industry,and enhances the stamina of urban comprehensive development.
