Study On The Problems Of Urbanization Coordinated Development In Shanxi

Under the joint efforts of the people in the whole province,the urbanization in Shanxi Province has made important achievements. However, in the process of the rapid advance of urbanization, Shanxi’s urbanization also exist the problem of disharmonious(or called imbalances) development, including regional urbanization disharmonious and urbanization subsystems disharmonious, and the center of the contradiction lies in the latter. As a result, the research on the coordinated development of urbanization problems ultimately comes down to make the three subsystems(population urbanization, economic urbanization and space urbanization) to have a balanced development. At this time, our province is in a critical period of transformation development, which determines that the harmony of subsystem of urbanization in Shanxi will have important theoretical and practical significance to transformation development and high-level urbanization development.First of all, this article based on the urbanization subsystem development of harmony and coupling, then the population urbanization, economy urbanization and space urbanization are briefly analyzed, further determine the urbanization coordinated operation mechanism theory, including the horizontal comprehensive urbanization subsystem harmony and coupling operation and vertical regional balanced development of city urbanization, then the theoretical framework of system is established.Secondly, in this paper, by using system theory, harmony theory, and coupling theory, using principal component analysis and triple vector evaluation method, builds the 3S harmony and coupling empirical model of Shanxi urbanization, and argues that currently exist disharmony and non-coupling phenomenon in Shanxi urbanization subsystem: population urbanization lags behind the economy urbanization and economy urbanization can’t provide material guarantee for farmers into the city; space urbanization’s speed and scale is faster than population urbanization and farmers cannot get living space; space urbanization is faster than the economy urbanization and space urbanization essentially inhibit the development of economy urbanization.Thirdly, based on the above theory and empirical analysis, this paper put forward that we need to enhance the development level of three subsystems, To reach the same harmonious and coupling degree to promote the comprehensive development level of harmony and coupling in Shanxi province. At the same time, to ensure the harmony and coupling operation among the population urbanization, the economy urbanization and the space urbanization in the city urbanization, and Shanxi must adjust measures to local conditions around the city, Shanxi must adjust measures to local conditions around the city, out of a suitable city urbanization road.
