Research On Financial Support For New Urbanization Construction In Province Henan

The new urbanization is one of Chinese national strategies.Promoting the development of new urbanization can promote economic development and social progress.Therefore,promoting the development of new urbanization is of great significance to China and it needs to be comprehensively promoted.New urbanization requires more capital investment and is costly.Governmental financial support obviously cannot fully meet this demand.Therefore,financial support is needed to raise huge funds for construction.Chinese territory is vast and different developmental conditions in various regions.Therefore,in order to promote new urbanization in accordance with local conditions,it is necessary to pay attention to the heterogeneity of financial support for new urbanization in various regions.Province Henan is one of large agricultural provinces.It faces enormous pressure on the road of new urbanization and puts new demands on financing.Therefore,in order to make financial support can work better for development of new urbanization in Province Henan,this paper studies how finance supports new urbanization,how the financial support has a specific impact on new urbanization and what the problems of financial support in all aspects of new urbanization are.This paper sorts out the mechanism of financial support for new urbanization,and establishes models with data of Province Henan and prefecture-level cities in Province Henan for empirical analysis.There are some conclusions in empirical analysis.The financial scale of Province Henan has a significant negative effect on population urbanization and economic urbanization.But it has a significant positive effect on integrated development between urban and rural.The financial scale of prefecture-level cities in Province Henan has a significant positive effect on new urbanization.Specifically,the financial scale has a significant positive effect on population urbanization,social urbanization and integrated development between urban and rural.But it has a significant negative effect on economic urbanization.The financial support of Province Henan has great problems in all aspects of new urbanization,especially in population urbanization and economic urbanization.Thefinancial support of prefecture-level cities in Province Henan has a good effect on new urbanization as a whole,but there is still room for improvement.The problems of financial support in economic urbanization and ecological urbanization also needs to be taken seriously.Facing the problems of financial support in all aspects of new urbanization,this paper proposes corresponding suggestions.The innovation of this paper is to take Province Henan as the research object,to analyze systematically the mechanism of financial support in five aspects of new urbanization(population,economic,social and ecological urbanization and integrated development between urban and rural),and to construct a more comprehensive index system of new urbanization from five aspects.Theoretically,this paper analyzes the mechanism of financial support for new urbanization.This can provide theoretical guidance and reference for subsequent related research,thus enriching the application field of the research.From a practical point of view,by studying how the financial support has a specific impact on new urbanization and what the problems of financial support in all aspects of new urbanization are,Henan financial support can better serve the development of new urbanization and solve the problem that Henan's GDP ranks first in the country but the rate of urbanization is lower than the national average.And because Province Henan is one of large agricultural provinces,putting forward some suggestions for Province Henan can give reference significance for other agricultural provinces.
