After entering the new century, China's advertising industry promptly adjust positioning, expanding concept, fully cope with the challenges of the new century. At the same time, some academics have suggested that the advertising business seed capital competition is no longer competitive, but knowledge competition, organizational learning competition, in the advertising firm the knowledge are put on the role extremely important position. This study is from the knowledge system's ideology to analysis of the enterprise's core competitiveness of the content, composition and development. Enterprises should win advantage in the competition, and must have a correct understanding of its core competitiveness.This study researching in the company's core competitiveness through the process of the formation of the organizational learning model, and the core competitiveness is a collection embrace resources, knowledge, abilities, information and value. Not only have the knowledge, resources, the integration and application of skills, but also keen sense of market demand, accurately grasp market opportunities and in a timely manner to provide customers with valuable services. Enterprises once formed core competitiveness, in fact already has its own unique combination of the competitiveness of the system.In this study of Zhongqi advertising companies to study, analyze the competition in the advertising industry, the development of the advertising company's own competitive necessity. In Zhongqi's primary business is the scope of the planned advertising creative production, especially with the cooperation between large enterprises to enhance the reputation of the Yee bring greater advantage. In the company's knowledge environment which is formed by learning culture, leadership, incentive mechanism, the company knowledge base, knowledge management and organizational structure, Zhongqi's company adopted various effective manner organizational learning, so that they constantly absorbing knowledge, selection, dissemination and sharing of process cycles, and create new knowledge. In addition, the company learning ability, absorptive capacity and enhance innovation capability makes the absorption of knowledge, selection, dissemination and sharing activities are more perfect, can facilitate tacit knowledge innovation, and form a company's core competitiveness. In the core competitiveness of the establishment and formation, if the system can be done with the effective integration of culture, we can achieve the enterprise's core competitiveness maximize in order to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises.
