Research On Rural Tourism Infrastructure Construction In Haotang Village,Xinyang City,Henan Province

China has always been a big agricultural country,and the issues of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers(three rural issues)have always been concerned by the state and all sectors of society.Since the beginning of the new century,the No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee has been issued for 16 consecutive years since 2004 with the theme of "three rural issues".This also shows the important position of the "three rural"issues in the process of social development in China.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party held in 2017 put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and put forward the general requirements of prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the development of tourism is changing with each passing day.The development of rural tourism taking rural areas as destinations provides an opportunity for the realization of rural revitalization strategies.The rural tourism of Haotang Village in Xinyang City was developed on the basis of the construction of "beautiful countryside".With the continuous development of rural tourism,the various tourism infrastructures of Haotang Village are increasingly unable to meet the needs of tourists.Therefore,the problems of Haotang Village’s rural tourism infrastructure construction are analyzed and suggestions are made to promote the healthy development of Haotang Village’s rural tourism.Foundation.Based on the survey and research data of Haotang Village,this article firstly expounds the general situation of Haotang Village and the current situation of the construction of rural tourism infrastructure in Haotang Village,including the status of tourism infrastructure and tourism service facilities.Next,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of Hao Tangcun in tourism infrastructure and tourism service facilities.Finally,this article puts forward reasonable suggestions for the problems and causes of the rural tourism infrastructure in Haotang Village:perfecting the public transportation infrastructure from Xinyang City to Haotang Village;strengthening the planning and management of rural tourism infrastructure construction;introducing social forces to participate in rural areas Tourism infrastructure management;formulate preferential policies for the introduction of talents and entrepreneurship back home;broaden the financing channels for the construction of Haotang Village’s infrastructure.Finally,to address the problem of insufficient funds in infrastructure construction,a method of financing using the PPP model(BOT)is proposed.
