A Study On Rural Tourism Development In Xindian Village Based On Circular Economy

The main purpose of this paper is to apply circular economy theory to rural tourism development of Xindian village, at the same time building a Cycle-Rural tourism Economic Model, providing a new way for rural tourism study and some specific measures for Xindian village rural tourism development.First of all, the concept of rural tourism is defined,"Village"is the most important symbol in the definition and it is the core and unique selling point of it,"Village"mainly reflect in settlement,historical sites,folk culture,novel scenery and ecological patterns, and so on. Then summarize the types and features of rural tourism, expande the relations between circular economy and rural tourism.Secondly, an evaluation in detail is made about rural tourism resources of Xindian village using AHP method and survey method. In this paper, a rural tourism resources evaluation factor model is tried to build according to the condition of itself and resources evaluation for Xindian village is tried to work out. The resources evaluation which is based on the results of expert consult and survey and used AHP software to process the data is that outstanding in tourism resources but weak in development conditions and location characteristics.Thirdly, the Cycle-Rural tourism Economic Model of Xindian village is built according to the"3R"basic principles, combining with the condition of Xindian village, and under the guidance of the energy-saving idea,the cycle-consumption/ production idea,no solid-waste idea. The Cycle-Rural tourism Economic Model includes the cycle-rural tourism model on enterprise level of Xindian village,the cycle-rural tourism model on regional level of Xindian village and the cycle-rural tourism model on social level of Xindian village. At the same time, the diagrams about the relationship between main interests of cycle-rural tourism are designed.Finally, in light of the resources evaluation and the Cycle-Rural tourism Economic Model of Xindian village, a master plan of Xindian village about how to develop the cycle-rural tourism is made out. That is at first to determine the overall goal, following by markets location, and develop the overall layout, then to make the idea of a special, at last to bring up the support system for cycle-rural tourism development of Xindian village. This paper provides countermeasures for rural tourism development of Xindian village and provides a theoretical draw for other rural tourist.
