Study On The Effect Of Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Haotang Village Of Xinyang City

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Chairman Xi Jinping points out that the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty by 2020 China's current standards.With its emerging industrial vitality,tourism has an important strategic significance in the entire fight against poverty.At present,rural tourism has become the main force and new kinetic energy for implementing the rural revitalization strategy and poverty alleviation.This paper takes the rural tourism poverty alleviation effect as the research object,taking Haotang Village as a case study,and builds the rural tourism poverty alleviation effect from the perspective of combining subjective and objective analysis with the help of the theory of pro-poor theory,stakeholder theory and community development theory.The evaluation system includes the evaluation of objective actual effects based on economic effects,social cultural effects and ecological environmental effects,and the subjective perceptual effects of positive effects(including economic,social culture,ecological environment),negative effects and overall attitudes.The research results show that the villagers in Haotang Village have the strongest perception of economic effects and social environmental effects,and express positive response and participation in tourism poverty alleviation and development,while the negative effects represented by raising prices and living costs and widening income gap are common.There is no significant difference in the negative effects of villagers on poverty alleviation in different age groups.The differences in social and environmental effects between villagers of different educational levels are not obvious.In addition,residents of different genders and income levels perceive the effects of tourism poverty alleviation.The support and participation willingness of tourism poverty alleviation has a significant positive correlation with economic benefits and social environmental effects,while the negative correlation with negative effects is not obvious.The evaluation results also reflect the problems in the rural tourism poverty alleviation in Haotang Village,mainly including: the ecological environment has been damaged;the price and consumption level are unreasonable;the gap between the rich and the poor is widening;the tourism products are not improving the economic income.According to these above,it can be optimized through overall planning,adapting to local conditions,strengthening the socialized governance of the tourism market,deepening the tourism poverty alleviation efforts,and broadening the marketing channels.
