With the continuous development of China's economy,the logistics industry has ushered in a period of rapid development and the market outlook is very broad.But at the same time,the logistics enterprises specializing in third-party logistics services are becoming more and more competitive,and the third-party logistics market tends to become saturated.In this context,third-party logistics enterprises,especially small and medium logistics enterprises,how to survive in the fierce market competition and profit has become an important issue to be resolved.Zibo YC Logistics is located in Zibo City,Shandong Province,is a third-party logistics company that integrates warehousing,distribution,logistics consulting,supply chain services.With the full competition of the third-party logistics market in Zibo,the competitive environment and market environment faced by Zibo YC logistics company has changed dramatically,the current competitive strategy of the enterprise has been unable to adapt to the development of the market,becoming a hindrance to the further development of the company.Based on this,this article takes Zibo YC Logistics Co.,Ltd.as an example to study the company's competitive strategy in depth.This article follows the line of “proposing a problem ? analyzing a problem ?solving a problem”,adopting the literature review method,investigation and research method,and comparative analysis method to comprehensively analyze the internal and external development environment of Zibo YC Logistics Company and formulate a competition suitable for its own development for its selection Strategy to help enterprises achieve long-term development.First,this article adopts the literature review method,introduces the theories related to competitive strategy,and the theoretical tools related to this study.Secondly,this article adopts the survey research method,using the PEST analysis method and the five force model analysis method to analyze the internal and external of YC logistics company.A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the environment has been carried out.The research found that with the strong support of national policies,China's logistics infrastructure is becoming more and more perfect,and the market demand is increasingly strong.The external development environment of Zibo YC Logistics Co.,Ltd.is very good,providing more opportunities.However,it also faces certain challenges,such as diversification of competitive subjects,diversified forms of competition,and rising operating costs.At the same time,the development of Zibo YC Logistics Co.,Ltd.also has unique advantages such as unique geographical location,high customer loyalty,abundant resources,high price competitiveness,safety management norms,etc.and is limited by factors such as scale,personnel structure,technical level,management Modes,institutional measures and other disadvantages;on this basis,the paper uses the SWOT analysis method to clarify the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,challenges of Zibo YC Logistics Company,and uses quantitative analysis-QSPM matrix to quantitatively choose differentiation for the company Competitive strategy;Finally,on the basis of clearing the company's development vision and goals,it has formulated a competitive strategy implementation plan for logistics technology differentiation,business service differentiation,brand building differentiation,customer service differentiation,strategic cooperation differentiation,etc.The implementation measures of human resources,business capital and corporate culture are implemented.This paper has carried out an in-depth study on the development and selection of competition strategy of YC Logistics Company in Zibo,according to the theory and practical thinking,and selected a differentiated competition strategy for it,which has a realistic guiding effect on the transformation and development of enterprises,and also has some reference significance for the development of other small and medium logistics companies.
