Actively encourage countries for agricultural products processing industry has been adhering to and support policies,to ensure its importance status in our country in the national economic system,also contributed to the overall agricultural products processing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,thus showing the opportunities and challenges.Especially since the global financial crisis,with the gradual breakdown of the industry competition intensifies,the market and the appreciation of the RMB and other factors lead to some agricultural products processing enterprises in China's large-scale reshuffle situation in the fierce market competition.To this end,in order to survive and gain competitive advantage,all kinds of food processing enterprises must carry out reform and innovation to seek blue ocean strategy,so as to build the core competitiveness of enterprise development.As a processing and sales of chestnut Kuancheng and other characteristics of agricultural products as the main business enterprises of Hebei SL Food Co.Ltd.,the urgent problem is how to let yourself in this grim situation under the challenge of competition advantage,so as to maintain high-speed development for a long time,in order to obtain a stable international trade order,with the further development of promising domestic market.Therefore,the establishment of the future development of SL competitive strategy,the company has become the main task of the company,is also the main purpose of this paper.Based on this,this article uses the empirical analysis and the standard analysis research method,to the SL food Limited by Share Ltd competitive strategy localization launches the following several aspects the thorough analysis and the research.First of all,the integrated use of PEST analysis,Potter five competitive forces analysis two main strategic positioning analysis method,SL food company faces the policy,economy and society and technology environment and competitors,consumers,suppliers and other industry environment were discussed.Secondly,the product structure,financial,human,material,technology and market resources of SL food company are analyzed in the matrix.Based on the analysis of internal and external competitive environment of enterprises,faced by the SWOT method on the company's strengths,weaknesses and opportunities and threats were quantified by the QSPM matrix analysis and clear,the enterprise strategic target positioning is designed,combined with the characteristics of the food industry made SL food company's competitive strategy.At the end of this paper,the measures for the implementation of the competition strategy of the enterprise are given.As a global strategy of modern enterprise management,enterprise competitive strategy is an important guarantee for the rapid development of enterprises in the environment of market competition.Through the development process of the SL food company in the opportunities and challenges encountered,the problem and its competitive strategy,competitive strategic position in order to booming domestic food processing industry for the scientific application of the industry as a whole,in order to achieve good development to make due contributions to the research.
