Inspection and testing is an important part of the modern service industry,it gradually grow with the development of China's economy and import and export trade.Inspection and testing business competition has become increasingly intense,in order to respond effectively to the complex and severe external competition environment,the competitive strategy of China Certification & Inspection Group Jiangsu Co.,Ltd.was studied in order to integrate the company's existing resources,establish competitive advantages,and gain more market share.This paper describes the development status of China Certification & Inspection Group Jiangsu Co.,Ltd.Next,analyzes the company's competitive environment with the PEST and five competitive methods,and then analyzes the company's own resources and capabilities.It is found that although the competition in the current inspection and testing market is fierce,the reform and shuffling of the inspection and testing industry provides an opportunity for the company to become bigger and stronger.The company has a good brand reputation,a high market share,and relatively strong technical strength.The accurate control of the inspection standard policy and the good relationship with the administrative supervision department are different from the core advantages of other third-party inspection and testing institutions.This paper uses the IEF and EFE matrix to evaluate the external and internal factors of the company.it analyzes the SWOT and its strategic combinations,and uses the QSPM matrix to select a differentiation strategy for the company's competitive strategy.The company can develop differentiated and difficult-to-replicate featured businesses based on the advantages of the original inspection and quarantine system,through technological innovation,management optimization,and customer grading management,focusing on market regulation,trade requirements,trade association business needs,and trade protection.This paper relevant supporting measures for the implementation of differentiated strategies were proposed.In order to ensure the correct implementation of the company's strategy,in the process of implementing the differentiation strategy,we must focus on policy docking,focus on product line construction,focus on customers as the center,focus on scientific management,build a modern marketing system,improve personnel quality,and improve the quality of the entire industry chain,to expand brand influence.Through the company's competitive strategic research on Jiangsu companies,its direct purpose is to provide effective development countermeasures for the company's business development,and provide an effective reference and reference for other state-owned inspection and testing companies to adjust their competitive strategies,so as to promote the development of China's external economy..
