The development of modern high-tech has promoted the technological upgrading of industrial ceramic products.With the continuous expansion of industrial scale,industrial ceramics has gradually become an important part of new materials,and the key material of high-tech developments and has broad application and development prospects.As an important part of industrial ceramics,high-voltage porcelain is used as the ceramic insulation material in high-pressure,and is widely used in electrical equipment,transmission and distribution lines and power plants.In recent years,with the development of national power construction and the market demand brought by “the Belt and Road Initiatives ",the domestic high-voltage ceramic manufacturers are faced with opportunities as well as challenges.In order to adjust to the market and to create competitiveness,the manufacturers need the scientific and effective competitive strategy for guidance.ZCGX Company is committed to the development of high-voltage porcelain,and is one of the industry's largest high-tech enterprises,which contains R & D,design,product manufacturing,complete sets of technology and equipment and related engineering integration and import and export business.This paper takes ZCGX Company as the research object,and will explore its competitive strategy program design,in the hope of giving a view to high-voltage porcelain manufacturers in carrying out competitive strategy.First of all,the theory of competitive strategy has been sorted out and summarized,and the theoretical basis is provided for the follow-up research and ZCGX's competitive strategy selection and implementation.Secondly,based on the research of ZCGX,the PEST analysis model and five-force model are used to separately analyze ZCGX's external macro environment and industry environment,and finally finds out the opportunities and challenges that the company faces.At the same time,under the premise of ZCGX Company's development,the company's internal environment is analyzed,and its internal advantages and disadvantages are scanned out.Thirdly,based on the above analysis,SWOT analysis is used to explore the alternative strategic plan of ZCGX,and then the quantitative strategic planning matrix is used to determine the optimal competitive strategy for ZCGX: differentiation strategy.Finally,implementation safeguards for ZCGX Company are designed.The research of this paper has a certain degree of scientific guidance to improve the operation status of ZCGX Company and maintain the competitive advantage in the complicated and changeable market competition.
