The management practice of modern company proves that the role of human resource management in company management is more and more prominent,and the role of human resource management has been promoted to the "height" of strategy by the company.Training as one of the main components of human resource management is also an important work in the practice of company management.Therefore,how to accurately position the training and integrate it into the company's development strategy,so as to integrate resources more effectively,improve the quality of employees and professional skills,and provide talent and intellectual support for the company to maintain the competitiveness of the industry is a problem to be solved in the work of human resources management.Shanxi XX Network Media Group was founded in 2011,with the development of enterprises Exhibition,in the staff training has exposed many problems,how to continuously obtain high-quality staff through staff training,and through a sound training system to enable employees to obtain greater space for development,and finally achieve the company's talent development talent development strategic objectives,To establish the company's talent advantage in the field of network media company must focus on and research issues.On the basis of domestic and foreign research status and human capital theory,learning organization theory,Maslow's theory of human demand hierarchy,this paper adopts the combination of theory and practice,and takes Shanxi XX Network Media Group Company as the research object.Under the premise of investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward a rational design plan for the optimization of employee training system of Shanxi XX Network Media Group Company,and constructs a multi-level and all-round training system which can meet the development of Shanxi Network Media Group Company and employees.First of all,through questionnaires and interviews,Shanxi XX network media group members Finally,according to the principles of strategic matching,encouragement,conformity with the company's reality,openness and tolerance,benefit and so on,this paper puts forward some measures to optimize the training system of Shanxi XX Network Media Group from three aspects: training management system,training operation system and training support system.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation and guarantee measures of the staff training system optimization scheme of Shanxi XX Network Media Group,from the standardization of training activities organization,the guarantee of training implementation work landing,training implementation process management The author puts forward the preparation for implementation,and puts forward the safeguard measures from four aspects:the construction of enterprise training culture,the transformation of enterprise training concept,the implementation of training management responsibility,and the optimization of training resource allocation.Through the research,we also hope to put forward useful support and reference for the improvement of employee training system in domestic network media enterprises,so that more domestic network media enterprises can pay more and more attention to employee training,and devote themselves to constantly improving the construction of enterprise employee training system.
