In the wave of electricity transmission and distribution price reform,the power supply enterprises are no longer the only power supply unit of the power consumption enterprises due to the liberalization of the electricity sales end,and there is a certain competitive relationship with other power generation enterprises,so their monopoly status is constantly threatened.The internal requirements of the enterprise are to constantly improve the staff management,to provide customers with quality services,to improve the quality of power supply service,in the era of energy Internet in an invincible position,so the reform of enterprise management is imperative.A power supply company belongs to the state grid corporation of China.It is A prefecture-level power supply unit at the end of the power supply enterprise.It plays an important role in the power supply service and is A solid foundation for the power grid system.Although the "A power supply company performance management measures" has been formulated,there are certain limitations in the performance appraisal,only relatively simple performance appraisal,not too elaborate.Some simple financial indicators,production safety indicators and labor discipline indicators are mainly set at the management level.The personal assessment of employees is not comprehensive,and there are some problems such as inaccurate assessment indicators of front-line employees and lack of effective incentive measures,which cannot effectively improve the performance management level of the company.In order to further adapt to the reform of the electric power system and promote the company's internal operation and management level,it is necessary to optimize the performance management of A power supply company,strengthen the assessment management of front-line employees,improve the assessment management methods,and form A performance management system that covers all aspects from top to bottom.Based on KPI theory,this paper studies the performance management of front-line employees in power supply companies,and takes the front-line employees in the Marketing Department as the research object to carry out a pilot project.It consists of seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the purpose and significance of the research,reviews and comments on the research at home and abroad,and the research contents and methods.The second part mainly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of performance.The third part adopts questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of performance management of front-line employees of A power supply company,investigate the existing phenomena and problems,and summarize the defects and disadvantages of performance management.The fourth part analyzes the key factors affecting the company's operation and employee development from the company level,and sets key performance indicators suitable for the assessment of front-line employees.The fifth part takes the assessment management of grassroots employees in the Marketing Department as an example to formulate the assessment rules for grassroots employees in A power supply company and apply the assessment results as the basis for talent selection and promotion.The sixth part takes a series of measures to ensure the implementation of the performance management system.Through the research of this paper,the performance appraisal management of front-line employees of A power supply company has been improved,and the company's objective and fair evaluation of the work situation of grassroots employees has been realized,so as to promote the improvement of the company's overall performance management,further improve the core strength of employees in the operation and development process,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company's operation.
