| For more than 40 years,China’s power industry has achieved leapfrog development,providing a strong logistical guarantee for China’s economic and social development.At the same time,it has made outstanding contributions to the construction of ecological civilization,coping with climate change,and striving to reach the world stage,making China gradually become a power country.Chinese electric power companies have continuously improved their management level,especially their management level and employee management level which played an important role in serving the national strategy.A scientific personal performance evaluation system is an important factor that directly affects the development of an enterprise.Most power companies in China are affiliated with state-owned enterprises.Power companies are still relatively backward in terms of staff management and employee performance assessment.Optimization of performance assessment is an important strategy that can promote the development of the enterprise.This thesis takes the current employee performance evaluation of Xi’an TBEA Electric Power Design Co.,Ltd.as the research object,supports the human resources related theories,and synthesizes the latest results of domestic and foreign research.By analyzing the existing KPI performance evaluation system,it is considered that the company has problems including the lack of specific evaluation indicators unreasonable assessment indicators,low matching assessment requirements,less publicity and insufficient communication.It is necessary to further scientifically set employee performance evaluation indicators,fully consider the differences of different positions,ensure full coverage of employee performance evaluation training,improve the communication and feedback mechanism of employee performance evaluation,expand the dimension of application of employee performance evaluation results,and timely evaluate employee performance carry out assessments,which helps the companies make some reference progress and development in employee performance assessment. |
