In the process of government management,the basic theory and main practice of performance management are incorporated,which is a more innovative way of government management.The new government management model is of great significance to promote the development of our government.In recent years,China's rapid and steady growth,the center of the world economy gradually tilted toward China-centric Asia,which for domestic enterprises to bring great development space,but also to the management functions of government departments to present a new challenge,in the 21 st century the government is really facing the core competition is talent competition,How to obtain high standards of outstanding talent is of vital importance to the government,and how to play the real strength of every cadre and worker to help the government to play the role of government is the most important.Therefore,governments at all levels in the performance of cadres and workers and incentives in the field of research and reform,hope that through scientific methods to explore the establishment of a sound performance management system to promote the efficient work of cadres and workers,all-round development,and increase the construction of service-oriented government.As china's tax law enforcement agency,the tax bureau is one of the builders of the service-oriented government,and effective performance management of the tax bureau after the reform of the collection and management system is conducive to promoting the modernization of taxation and promoting the high-quality development of the economy.According to the current operating experience,compared with other government departments,the performance management of the tax department has begun to bear fruit,but at the same time,many problems,including some new problems caused by the merger of national and local tax,so it is necessary to optimize the current performance management system,better play the role of the tax department,and constantly promote the modernization of tax.This paper takes the T County Taxation Bureau of Yunnan Province as the research object,and usesquestionnaires,interviews and surveys to start from the actual situation of the performance management work of the T County Taxation Bureau of Yunnan Province,to find out the problems that occur in the process of current performance management and analyze the causes of problems.How to improve performance management is the core argument of this paper,then it suggests cultivating performance management's culture,setting the evaluation index system reasonably,penetrating continuous and effective communication into performance management,using performance management results reasonably.This paper also suggests establishing a scientific performance feedback mechanisms and building a professional performance management team to improve performance management.
