For an enterprise,salary does not refer to the salary paid to employees only by capital in the form of wages,according to the amount of labor and value created by workers,but also includes the formulation of internal salary management system,especially how to rationalize salary distribution so as to improve employee satisfaction and maximize it.Attract,maintain and motivate the vast majority of employees of enterprises,so that they take the development of the company as their own responsibility,around the internal organizational development goals,constantly improve their work efficiency,and promote the improvement of enterprise production and operation performance.This paper takes JIZH technology company employees as the research object,using literature research,theory and empirical analysis method to study the employee compensation satisfaction of JIZH technology company.The overall content of the paper is as follows: first of all,the research background and the research status of employee compensation satisfaction at home and abroad are studied,and the relevant theories of compensation satisfaction are summarized It provides a solid theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of JIZH technology company's employees' salary satisfaction from the aspects of salary system,salary structure,salary level,salary adjustment and performance salary,and further makes a survey and analysis of JIZH technology company's employees' salary satisfaction.Based on the survey results of questionnaire data,the existing problems of the current company's employees' salary satisfaction are extracted.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the management strategies and suggestions to improve the compensation satisfaction of JIZH science and technology company are made,and the guarantee measures are provided for the implementation of the compensation satisfaction management countermeasures.
