With the global integration and the rapid development of market economy transition speed, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense and hot. The problem of employees turnover seriously affects the survival and development of enterprises in the unpredictable environment. A series of negative effects appear, and its performance is the growth of turnover rate. How to reduce the turnover rate of employees has become a hot research topic both domestic and foreign scholars. Salary in attracting employees, retaining staffs, motivating staffs plays an important role, which has become an immutable reality. Therefore, discussing satisfaction of salary to the impact of turnover intention is meaningful. Because it can put forward the suggestion of reducing turnover intention from the angle of salary management, which has the practicability and maneuverability. The rapid development of information era makes more and more enterprises realize the importance of communication, and it has become the tool of enterprise management. The turnover problem is caused by miscommunication, which has been serious attention to more and more enterprises. Therefore, exploring the communication satisfaction to the influence of turnover intention has the practical significance.Based on reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature, the collection of relevant data adopt the method of questionnaire survey. And then data correlation analysis including variance analysis, regression analysis and empirical analysis is through statistical analysis tools SPSS19.0,aiming to discuss the relationship of salary satisfaction, communication satisfaction and turnover intention, and test the adjustment effect of communication satisfaction. In the last analysis, based on the empirical results, from two aspects of salary management and communication, the recommendations about management practice of human resource can be put forward.In this paper, the conclusion can be concluded that:1. Salary satisfaction of employees can be classified by four dimensions :salary standard satisfaction, salary promotion satisfaction, salary management satisfaction,welfare satisfaction. Communication satisfaction consists of six dimensions:medium quality, overall organization information, communication with colleagues, individual feedback, communication atmosphere, communication with executives.2. Salary satisfaction and its four dimensions were negative correlation. Communication satisfaction and its dimensions were marked negative correlation.The negative correlation of Salary satisfaction’s four dimensions and turnover intention ranked from strong to weak :salary standard satisfaction, salary promotion satisfaction, salary management satisfaction,welfare satisfaction.3. Salary satisfaction had marked predicted effect to turnover intention.Salary standard satisfaction and salary promotion satisfaction had the most marked effect to turnover intention. Communication satisfaction had higher predicted capacity.4. Communication satisfaction had marked adjusted effect to relation of salary satisfaction and turnover intention.
