Employee engagement has become a topic discussed by increasingly more enterprises.The investigation into the employee engagement of hotels can,to a great extent,reflect the real source of profits of service industry,with great significance,both theoretically and realistically,to enhance the core competitiveness of hotels.Taking employees of XX hotel as the study object,the article analyzes the status quo and problems of employee engagement of hotels by questionnaires and face-to-face interview,and explores the main factors impacting the employee engagement.Last,through analysis of investigation results,pertinent strategies are put forward concerning non-salary factors and enhancement of employee engagement.The research of the article helps to improve the status quo of low engagement of employees in XX hotel,enhance their enthusiasm,and provide some reference for increasing employee engagement of similar hotels.The article takes the working environment of XX hotel as the initial variable of the research and divides it in three main dimensions,i.e.,working characteristics,internal relationship and organization management.The article studies the employee engagement of XX hotel,with the aim to improve the employee engagement.Concerning the specific condition of XX hotel,analysis indicators to enhance the employee engagement and specific case studies are design,factors impacting the employee engagement of XX hotel are provided,and specific solutions to improve the status quo are put forward,so as to provide more reference for a large amount of hotel managers.
