Research On The Development Strategy Of Grape Industry In Lixian Of Hunan Province

In 2017,General secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,aiming at further promoting the all-round development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" work,satisfying farmers’ yearning for a better life,and making up for the short board of rural development.The proposal of this strategy points out the direction for the development of agricultural and rural areas in China in a period of time,and also puts forward the general requirements of "twenty words",and puts"industrial prosperity" in the first place.As a major agricultural county in Hunan Province,Lixian grape industry is one of the "six characteristics" industries,and"Lixian grape" is also a national geographical indication protection product.In recent years,Li county has done a lot of work in the development of grape industry,and has achieved some results,but at the same time,there are still many problems to be solved,and the development of grape industry is also facing many challenges.In order to better support the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and promote the healthy development of grape industry in Li County,the author has done a lot.On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature related to grape industry,this paper collects and summarizes relevant materials through field survey,questionnaire survey and participation in the forum of agricultural departments,and analyzes the present situation of grape industry in Li county from six aspects:regional distribution,variety structure,employees,market sales,output value benefit and industrial extension.Based on the strategy of Rural Revitalization in Lixian County,this paper analyzes the grape industry in Lixian County by using SWOT model,and concludes that the advantages of grape industry development in Lixian County are solid industrial foundation,government attention and technical support,and the high enthusiasm of fruit farmers;the disadvantages are mainly manifested in the lack of post picked processing capacity of grapes,inconvenient traffic,insufficient brand construction,poor grape varieties and low standard.But at the same time,the opportunities for grape industry development in Lixian are also very obvious.The main reasons are the support of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the change of people’s consumption concept and the rapid development of Internet plus.The challenges lie in the fierce competition of the surrounding market and the risk of natural disasters and the blind competition of fruit growers.Finally,based on the experience of grape industry development at home and abroad,combined with the relevant requirements of Lixian Rural Revitalization Strategy and the actual development of grape industry in Lixian County,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in six aspects:improving grape quality,strengthening brand construction,optimizing variety structure,improving circulation system,promoting integrated development and cultivating industrial talents.Through this study,the author hopes to promote the further development and expansion of grape industry in Lixian,drive the development of characteristic industries in Lixian,and help the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.
