Research On The Development Of Characteristic Industries In Rural Areas From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Since ancient times,agriculture has been the foundation of the country and the necessary condition for all national production activities.It has an extremely important basic position in the national economy.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,China has made rich and diverse exploration on agricultural development.Both the reform of production system and the progress of production technology have promoted the agriculture of new China to a deeper step.After the reform and opening up,China has made a transition from planned economy to market economy.The emergence of urban-rural dual economy and other social problems has gradually highlighted the "three rural" problems,and a new round of urban-rural integration reform has become the theme of the times.The core issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the issue of farmers.During the 18 th National Congress,the rural poverty alleviation work was incorporated into the national strategic layout,highlighting the key points,making every effort to promote it,and strive to create a new situation of poverty alleviation and development.With the successful completion of the battle against poverty,China’s rural development will enter a new process.As the fundamental guiding strategy of China’s rural construction for a long time in the future,the Rural Revitalization Strategy is of great significance to undertake and consolidate the victory of poverty eradication and open the further modernization and urbanization of rural areas.Industrial prosperity is the basis for rural revitalization,and the development of rural characteristic industries is an important path for industrial prosperity.Therefore,the research on the current situation,difficulties and Countermeasures of rural characteristic industries is the requirement of the times to solve the problems of rural economic development and promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the analysis of the strategic policy background and era background of rural revitalization,this paper takes Yuanling County,a county with characteristic tea industry in Hunan Province,as a typical case study.After understanding and defining the concepts of Rural Revitalization and rural characteristic industries,the author goes deep into Yuanling rural areas and tea industry by using the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and individual interview,integrates the data of human geography and the development status of tea industry in Yuanling County,and analyzes the current difficulties and reasons of tea industry in Yuanling County.Finally,combined with the theories of interest connection,supply side reform and industrial integration of agricultural industrialization,this paper puts forward the path analysis of solving the dilemma and promoting the development of characteristic tea industry in Yuanling County.This paper holds that Yuanling County,after recognizing its own tea resource endowment,makes use of it,establishes a scientific tea industry development mechanism,innovates the management mode of tea enterprises,improves the guarantee mechanism and other industrial advantages,which plays a positive role in the development of rural characteristic industries,promoting farmers’ employment and income,and optimizing the county industrial structure.However,Yuanling tea industry still has the problem of difficult coordination of multiple subjects caused by the conflict of interests among multiple subjects;The problems of short industrial chain and low added value of products caused by single industrial structure and lack of in-depth industrial integration;Due to the lack of professionals and low-end brand output,the market development degree is not high and the brand construction is not sufficient;Due to the lack of construction funds and the imperfect standard system,the industry supervision is weak and the infrastructure is lack.Based on the theoretical guidance of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the full exploration of the actual situation of Yuanling County,the author believes that the problems can be solved from the following aspects: 1 、 encourage the coordinated development of multiple subjects and establish a close interest connection mechanism;2、Accelerate industrial integration and promote scientific and technological innovation;3 、Establish talent channel and expand brand effect;4 、 Implement policy and fund guarantee and improve industry standardization.
