Research On Existing Problems And Optimization Path Of Rural Industry Revitalization In L Town

Industrial revitalization is the basic guarantee of rural revitalization and the primary task of agricultural and rural modernization.This paper takes the industrial revitalization and optimization path of L Town under the rural revitalization strategy asIn the process of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,the rural task is arduous.Industrial revitalization is the basic guarantee of rural revitalization and the primary task of agricultural and rural modernization.This paper takes the industrial revitalization and optimization path of L Town under the rural revitalization strategy as the topic,applies the relevant theories of Marx,Engels and previous leaders of the Communist Party of China on the development of rural industries,carefully reads and summarizes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,the successful cases of domestic industrial development and the No.1 document issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council in the past five years,and combines the data analysis of the interview questionnaire.L Town industrial development status,development problems and causes of the problems and industrial revitalization and optimization path are studied.Through the analysis of the status quo of rural industry revitalizatoin in L town,it is found that there are still four problems in the revitalizatoin of rural industry in L town.First,there is a lack of outstanding talents,which is mainly manifested by the lack of high-quality labor,grass-roots technical personnel and scientific and technological innovation talents.Second,the brand influence is weak,mainly manifested in the lack of featured main brands,the existing brand awareness is not high;Third,the industrial structure is single,the main performance is not enough industrial chain extension,industrial efficiency is not high,industrial integration degree is not high,limiting the multifunctional development of agriculture;Fourth,the conditions for industrial development are inadequate,which is mainly reflected in the shortage of funds and land for industrial development.Through the analysis of four typical cases of rural industry revitalization in Shijiazi Village,Jinjiang City,Anji County and Mingyue Village,important enlightenment is drawn,that is,in the process of rural industry revitalization,talent is the first resource,brand is the core element,industrial integration is the only way,and the government is an important supporting force for industrial development.Combining with the actual situation of L town,this paper puts forward several suggestions on optimizing the path of industrial revitalization.First,it is to cultivate and introduce talents to expand the rural talents team.Second,strengthen brand building and enhance brand influence;Third,accelerate the development of the secondary and tertiary industries and promote the integrated development of the three industries;Fourth,gather development elements and give play to the leading role of the government.
