Research On Analysis Of Factors Influencing Rural Residents' Digital Literacy From The Perspective Of Digital China

In recent years,with the development of digital economy and the promotion of the importance of digital literacy,the popularization of rural digital technology and the improvement of rural residents' digital literacy are also imminent.Under the background of the development of the global digital construction,rural residents of digital literacy research problem few takers,in the face of a growing "digital divide" between urban and rural areas,the government should play a leading role,the implementation of the rural residents' needs,increase the popularity of government information services,and promote rural residents digital literacy,improve rural ecological,digital network in order to protect the rural residents of laws and regulations,the implementation of the rural residents' real demand to improve the local policy,in the true sense realize material poverty and Numbers out of poverty,for the construction of "rural wisdom,digital life"provides a theoretical support.Based on relevant theoretical basis and relevant literature,this paper preliminarily selects 8 factors that affect rural residents' digital literacy,including economic demand,information demand,social demand,science and technology,and policy support.The influence factors of preliminary selection based on the above,using principal component analysis(pca)dimensionality reduction after get four principal component factors,the conclusion after redefine the influence factors of rural residents of digital literacy,respectively is:information and science and technology utilization factor,the government attitude factor,digital engaged social economy factor,residents protection factor.According to the four influential factors,the paper puts forward the research hypothesis,constructs the theoretical model of the influencing factors of rural residents' digital literacy,and USES correlation analysis and multiple linear regression to verify the research hypothesis and theoretical model.The research conclusions of this paper mainly include:government attitude,information and technology utilization,and resident protection mechanism positively affect rural residents' digital literacy.The main countermeasures include:improving the information and technology utilization of rural residents;Strengthening government intervention;Improving relevant laws and regulations;We will improve rural residents'sense of digital social and economic participation.It contributes to the improvement of digital ecological environment in rural areas and provides impetus for the construction of"smart rural,digital life".
