Study On Influencing Factors And Promotion Countermeasures Of Wheat Farmers’ Digital Literacy In Yanjin County

With the increasing importance of digital economy and digital literacy,it is necessary to accelerate the development of wheat and farmers’ digital literacy.Firstly,improving farmers’ digital literacy can gradually narrow the "digital divide" between urban and rural areas.Secondly,it can improve farmers’ sense of self-efficacy,which helps to expand farmers’ online social space and increase their online behavior security.For Yanjin County,wheat is its characteristic industry development,production,processing and other whole industry chain development.Improving the digital literacy level of wheat farmers can improve the digital living standard of wheat farmers,help to accelerate the development of local digital agriculture,promote the integration of digital technology and regional advantageous agricultural industry,promote the digital transformation of rural industry,and provide necessary economic support for rural digitalization.This paper makes comprehensive use of digital economy theory,information asymmetry theory,farmer behavior theory,literature analysis,investigation and research method,model analysis and other research methods,and carries out research on the basic technical route of "introduction → related concepts and theoretical basis → current situation analysis → influencing factors analysis → countermeasures and suggestions → conclusion and prospect".Firstly,the core concept and theoretical basis of this paper are expounded,and the standard analysis of wheat farmer’s digital literacy is carried out according to the theory.Secondly,on the basis of investigation and research,the current situation of digital literacy of wheat farmers in Yanjin County was analyzed to find out the existing problems of digital literacy of wheat farmers.Thirdly,on the basis of constructing the framework of digital literacy of wheat and farmers,the structural equation model was used to explore the influencing factors of digital literacy of wheat and farmers.Finally,according to the current situation and existing problems of wheat farmers,combined with the results of investigation and model analysis,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the level of digital literacy of wheat farmers in Yanjin County.Through the investigation,it is found that the digital literacy cultivation environment of wheat farmers in Yanjin County is continuously improving,and its literacy in the technology domain,cross-basin and information domain has preliminarily formed,but there are some differences in the wheat farmer literacy in gender,age and education level.In addition,the overall level of digital literacy of wheat farmers is low,and there is still insufficient awareness of digital security,the ability to create digital content needs to be improved,and the ability to solve problems needs to be strengthened training.Based on the questionnaire data of wheat farmers’ digital literacy in Yanjin County,this paper uses structural equation model to explore the influencing factors of wheat farmers’ digital literacy and draws the following conclusions: Technology domain,information domain,security domain,problem solving domain,content creation domain and intersection basin all had positive effects on wheat and farmer digital literacy,and the degree was in descending order of information domain,intersection basin,security domain,problem solving domain,content creation domain and technology domain.Therefore,in view of the existing problems and the analysis results of influencing factors of digital literacy of wheat and farmers,five countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,including strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,improving the digital literacy awareness of wheat and farmers themselves,establishing the construction and communication system of digital talents of wheat and farmers,strengthening the data security awareness of wheat and farmers,and building the implementation framework for improving digital literacy of wheat and farmers.
