The other is that the study of factors affecting theeffectiveness of the balanced scorecard is still inadequate.This paper adopts the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,on the basis of reading a large number of books and documents, trying to build thebalanced scorecard performance management system, using the empirical researchanalyze the application effect of balanced scorecard in our country, finallydiscussing the present situation of the application of balanced scorecard in China.
