Research On The Choice Of The Thiird Party Logistics Service Provider Based On QFD-ANP Method

With the rapid development of market economy,the third party logistics continue to grow.In order to maintain their own advantage in the fierce market competition,enterprises focus on their core business and put the non-core business outsourcing.Enterprise logistics outsourcing has become a trend.How to choose a proper third party logistics service enterprise to meet the needs has become a problem for many enterprises.This paper pays attention to the choice of the third party logistics service providers and then builds multi-attribute decision model to help the decision maker.First of all,we introduce the concept of the third party logistics.The value and risk existed in the third party logistics are also introduced.Then the domestic and foreign research are studied on the evaluation index and the selection method of the third party logistics service providers.According to the study in this paper,the classical quality function deployment(QFD)and analytic network process(ANP)are developed in detail.In addition,the relevant content of the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number is introduced.Subsequently,the fuzzy QFD-ANP method is proposed.In this method,the QFD is applied to construct house of quality model,transform the customer demand into the design demand,and then generate the model evaluation attribute system.The index system is built from costumers’ need,which can be more able to respect the practical needs of enterprises.Considering the influence between the attribute in attribute system,the QFD and ANP method are combined,which can employ the advantage of ANP and neglect the disadvantage of QFD.Such method in this paper can reflect the degree of influence among attributes,which can provide the decision making more scientifically and reasonably.In last,the QFD-ANP method proposed in this paper is applied to solve the third party logistics service provider selection example of a home appliance enterprise.The detailed business position of this home appliance enterprise and the alternatives are described.The using the QFD-ANP method,the attribute system is constructed and the best alternative is determined for the home appliance enterprise.
