Employee performance management can effectively improve the level of human resources management and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.At present,performance management has been paid attention to and widely used by domestic enterprises,but from the actual situation,a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises' performance management system is chaotic.The drawbacks of focusing only on business performance but not on employee ability development are becoming more and more obvious,and the enthusiasm of staff has not been fully stimulated,which is not conducive to the development of employee competence.Long-term development of enterprises.This article uses Zhuji Jiayi Socks Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Jiayi Company")as a case study to study its performance management issues.By analyzing the business development of Jiayi Company,decomposing the company's strategic goals from top to bottom,and using field interviews and employee satisfaction surveys,etc.,it is relevant to the current position setting,salary structure and career development of Jiayi Company.The company's staff performance management issues were studied and evaluated,and the following problems were found:(1)Performance management is fragmented.At present,the company's employee performance management is chaotic.The application of employee performance evaluation results is only reflected in the performance bonus for the month.It does not reflect employee capacity development and job promotion.(2)Performance goals are set out of company strategy.Jiayi Company's current setting of KPI indicators for employees is too general,and employee evaluation is out of line with the company's strategic goals.(3)No attention was paid to the implementation of performance management.Employees have no feedback channel for performance results,which ultimately leads to performance management becoming a document.This article combines performance management related theories to address the problem that Jiayi's performance management has not formed a system,and builds a comprehensive performance management system for it,which better promotes Jiayi's development and progress,so that it can effectively serve the company's operating strategy and current goals..Based on the basic content of performance management,this article analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods of objective management method,enterprise key performance indicator,and balanced scorecard method,and chooses a method suitable for Jiayi's performance management to design the performance more scientifically and reasonably.Management system,better service for the development of the company and its employees,and fully improved the enthusiasm and organizational effectiveness of employees.
