Performance management is an important tool of human resource in modern enterprises. So far, although enterprises have already realized its influence on enterprise competitiveness, there are still a few problems in implementing the whole program, which leads to not very noticeable effects. Therefore, recognizing existing problems in performance management and rechecking original performance management system accordingly as well as setting up a new suitable employee's performance management system play an important role in realizing goal of performance management of each enterprise ultimately.On the basis of analyzing existing problems in evaluating original performance appraisal system of OLINYA household textile company limited, this paper carried out a new project on performance appraisal system through applying basic theories and methods of performance management into specific situation accordingly.First of all, on the basis of analyzing some problems, such as setting up improper appraisal goal, designing ambiguous performance indicators, utilizing not all around appraisal results and not forming some related system in accordance with performance management and so on, OLINYA household textile company limited need to consider performance management to be a whole project if OLINYA company limited want to change original situation of implementing performance management program. That is to say, this company need to set up and carry out classified performance appraisal standard and employee's performance management system as well as impartial and transparency performance appraisal system according to different requirement competency of Human Resource and Sales position and so on and four steps of performance management, which includes performance planning, performance coaching, performance appraisal and performance feedback.This paper designed a set of scientific employee's performance appraisal system as an effective evidence of management in order to avoid existing defects in current performance appraisal process and arouse employee's creativity and initiative and enhance organization efficiency and realize enterprise goal and avoid brain to some extent.
