In the past 41 years,China's economy has achieved rapid development,but the damaged environmental and ecological conditions have not been truly and effectively improved.In order to achieve the coordination and sustainable development of economic development and ecological environmental protection,this article regards China's ecological environmental protection and economic development as a whole system,uses systematic thinking and system approach to study the relationship and coordination degree between China's economic development and ecological environment.And further analyze the influencing factors of the system from a larger scope,so as to propose corresponding countermeasures.First,the elements,subsystems and system environment of the economic-ecological environment system are defined,and the connotation structure model of the system is constructed.From the perspective of system functions and characteristics such as system relevance and purpose,the logical structure model of the system is constructed.Combined with systematic theory,the complex characteristics of economic-ecological environment system are analyzed.Second,the evaluation index system of the economic-ecological environment system is constructed,and the negative index of M2 is introduced to correct the GDP bubble,and the comprehensive evaluation value is obtained.Using EViews,the coupling coordination model based on the Lotka-Volterra model was established,and the model was used for evaluation.The mutual influence factors and coordination degree of the two were analyzed,and the overall relationship and coordination degree between China's economic development and ecological environment protection was obtained.The results of the study show that the degree of coordination between China's economy and ecological environment in the past 20 years has a downward trend from relatively coordinated to gradual imbalance,but it has rebounded in the next two years.The revised model after the economic subsystem plus M2 did not change the original trend,but only changed the gap.Third,using the flow rate entry method and Vensim,according to the connotation structure of the system,the relevant influencing factors are sorted out from a larger system including politics,society,culture and so on.Using PCA method and SPSS,eight important influence factors were extracted from 64 influence factor indexes.Finally,comprehensively consider the problems reflected in the system evaluation and extract the important influencing factors,discuss and analyze the problem classification,and build a control structure model of the economic-ecological environment system.At the same time,using the systematic principles of holism,relevance,diversity,openness,and synergy,the corresponding governance countermeasures are put forward,which provides a new reference for research decisions such as adjustment of economic development speed and optimization of ecological environment.
