Study On The Coordinated Development Of The Coupling System Of Agricultural Economy And Agricultural Ecological Environment In Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province

Agriculture is the foundation of human society,it is the basic guarantee to support the continuous development and progress of the whole national economy.In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned at the Central Rural Work Conference that if China wants to become stronger,agriculture must become stronger.However,throughout the reality,our country agricultural economy has the obvious characteristic of extensive development,pollution problem caused by agricultural economic development is extremely serious,seriously restricted our country agricultural sustainable development advancement.Based on this,this paper constructs a coupled coordination model based on the relevant data of agricultural economy and agro-ecological environment in Hong He Prefecture from 2012 to 2021,and analyzes the coordinated development level and change characteristics of the coupled system of agricultural economy and agro-ecology in Hong He Prefecture.On this basis,DEA model is used to evaluate the comprehensive validity of the coordinated development of each subsystem and the coupling system from the microscopic perspective.The results show that the coupling degree of the coupled system in Hong He prefecture is always above 0.9 during the study period,which indicates that the two subsystems are always in close contact and influence each other.The coupling coordination degree increased from 0.5102 in 2012 to 0.8267 in 2021,and the coupling coordination type gradually increased from barely coordination to good coordination,which indicated that the agricultural economy and agro-ecosystem in Hong He Prefecture were always developing towards a good trend.Combined with DEA model,the validity of coordinated development of agricultural economy and agro-ecological coupling system in Hong He Prefecture was analyzed.It was found that the comprehensive effectiveness of coordinated development was not realized in most years during the study period.Therefore,based on the results of data analysis and field research,this paper proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems in the development process of the coupling system in Hong He Prefecture: first,establish a sound supervision system for the coordinated development of the coupling system;Second,strengthen the practice and innovation of "two Mountains Theory";Third,strengthen the development of digital agriculture and use technology to promote agricultural development;Fourth,strengthen governance and optimize governance measures;Fifth,improve the system and mechanism,improve the assessment mechanism.
