It ignores the ecological environment influence on people’s daily production and life, during the same time, so it caused the tourism economy and ecological environment not to live in harmony for a long time, can’t progress harmoniously. To guarantee the growth of the tourism economy, how to dispose the relationship between the tourism economic growth and ecological environment protection, it is the content that we should give a research on.This paper has carried on the comprehensive introduction for the domestic and foreign research situation of tourism economy and ecological environment, the coordinated development theory, the calculation model of the coordination degree and so on, including the design principles of coordination degree model, the simple classification of coordination degree model etc. The thesis analyzes the system theory, the application of synergetics theory on the coordinated development, first of all, it gives a definition on the meaning of the coordinated development, then analyses the internal mechanism and coordination mechanism of coordinated development of the tourism economy and ecological environment, and then it is based on the present situation of hangzhou’s tourism economy and ecological environment, designs the structure of the index layer, uses the entropy method to determine various parameters of the system on the assignment, establishes a related index evaluation system, through the analysis to find system interactions between each factor and the system. As the following conclusions:1. At the year2003, the tourism economy and ecological environment of hangzhou is tourist economic lag type of moderate disorders recession. This is because that "SARS" has an influenceon the development of tourism. 2. From2004to2008, the tourism economy and ecological environment of hangzhou is barely tourist economic lag model of coordinated development. In2009, the tourism economy and ecological environment of hangzhou belongs to the tourism economic lag type of moderate coordinated development.3. From2010to2012, the tourism economy and ecological environment of Hangzhou belongs to the ecological environment lag type of moderate coordinated development. At the same time the tourism industry progresses rapidly, we neglect the construction of the environmental conservation.Finally, the paper processes the consequences of questionnaire survey, on atmosphere remediation, sewage disposal, the industrial adjustment, the investment and publicity of the environmental conservation of hangzhou etc, it comes up with the coordinated development suggestion of tourism economy and ecological environment of hangzhou, not only to make sure the economy develop healthily and rapidly, but also to do environmental protection work well.
