| In recent years,the domestic carbon fiber industry has developed rapidly,and overall production capacity and output have increased substantially.As market competition pressures increase,carbon fiber companies will increase R&D efforts in new products in order to maintain market share.The quality management level of the new model carbon fiber R&D project determines the overall competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.This article introduces advanced research results on quality management and quality management of new product development projects at home and abroad,using PDCA cycle theory,advanced product quality planning theory(APQP),failure mode and impact analysis theory(FMEA),measurement system analysis theory(MSA)and other advanced quality management tools,aiming to establish a set of feasible quality management processes for carbon fiber R&D projects with reference to other industries.The author uses a questionnaire survey and literature research method to deeply analyze the existing problems of FC company in the development of new products based on the quality management status of FC company’s new model carbon fiber R&D project.The five aspects of R&D project quality management process,customer demand identification,new model carbon fiber R&D project quality risk control methods,and new model carbon fiber quality control improvement started to propose corresponding improvement plans.The improvement plan was applied in the QZ5526 carbon fiber research and development project,and the effectiveness of the improvement plan was evaluated through the application effect.Through the implementation of the quality management improvement program of the new product development project of FC company,a hierarchical and smooth quality management program has been formed,and good application results have been achieved in the specific project practice.It has very important practical significance for FC company.Other carbon fiber companies in the industry also have certain guiding significance. |
