Research On The Whole Process Quality Control Scheme Of HDW Project In GKJL Company

Since the 21 st century,along with the urbanized process and the acceleration of urban industrial restructuring,the old industrial areas what belonged to the marginal zone of urban have evolved into the core areas of cities.In the process of urban environmental governance,the transformation of old urban areas and the continuous development of urban space,some brilliant industrial activities have come to an end.So how to protect and utilize these industrial heritage resources with the heavy feeling of the times and industrial companies with the heavy historical contribution needs to be taken seriously.In 2014,the state puts forward a notice on strengthening the protection of cultural heritage.Local development and reform departments should strengthen coordination,charge with the construction projectin of cultural heritage protection and utilization facilities.GKJL company actively responds to national policy guidelines and takes the construction tasks of HDW project.GKJL company faces the biggest problem is how to use the existing resources,to protect and utilize the industrial heritage,to strengthen HDW project quality control and achieve the ultimate goal of the project.This article analyzes the situation of GKJL's project quality control and its existing problems.The article puts forward HDW project process quality control plans,which bases on basic theory of project management,laws and regulations.Beside this,the article puts forward the guarantee measures for the HDW project process quality control plans.This article proposes a three-phase project quality control plans for the GKJL company HDW project,which is to design the project quality control plan from the stage of project development and design,the stage of project material procurement,and the stage of project construction.In the stage of project development and design,the company should develop a strict project design quality review process,shorten the periodic inspection cycle,set up communication mechanism between quality inspector and design company,determine the important inspection content,strengthen the degree of experts review.In the stage of project material procurement,the company should establish supplier selection criteria,strengthen the controling of equipment manufacturing process,use quality control tools in a reasonable manner.In the stage of project construction process,the company should define the quality control objectives,select suitable project quality control tools,carry out dynamic quality control to ensure the quality of the project.Finally,this paper proposes to provide guarantee for the project quality control program from the aspects of organization,institution and technology.The characteristics of a large-scale project determines the difficulty and complexity of the project implementation.The results of this paper will contribute to HDW project quality control.The results of this paper will play a important role in the protection and utilization of industrial heritage.At the same time,this study will provide certain reference value for the heritage protection and reuse projects of the old industrial areas in other cities.
